If you are anything like me, I like to eat on the run (even if I’m not going anywhere)! I like my recipes to be simple, quick and delicious and these 3 options for smoothies are PERFECT for hot summer days!

I’ve never been a great cook, so smoothies have always been my go to. But now that I am spending more time in the kitchen and being more aware of what I eat, I am more comfortable concocting these glorious creations. However, that doesn’t mean things have to be complicated!

SUMMERSMOOTHIEAll three of these smoothies have 3 (OR LESS) ingredients, with the common denominator being Vanilla Premier Protein!

First, the Pina Colada smoothie:

PINACOLADA

1 cup Coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla Premier Protein
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
BLEND and enjoy!

26g Carbs – 6g Fat – 24g Protein

Put these in colorful cups and some little umbrellas to take out to the pool and no one will know you’re making your gains and hitting macros all the while!

Next, the Blueberry Vanilla smoothie! So simple!

BLUEBERRY

1 cup frozen blueberries (you can use fresh, of course, but frozen makes it super cold)
5 oz. ready-to-drink Premier Protein Vanilla shake

15g Carbs – 2g Fat – 14g Protein

You can drink the shake and then grab a spoon to finish the blueberries!

And finally, my EVERY day post-workout fave, the HULK smoothie (made famous by Chris and Heidi Powell’s Extreme Transformation book)

4oz. water
1 scoop vanilla Premier Protein
1oz. spinach

16g Carbs – 1g Fat – 24g Protein
