We filmed this quick video this morning for my husband’s company — Powell Metabolics, so I’m introducing myself as Chance’s wife (with a screaming Fox in the background) But since it applies to macro tracking, I thought I would share!! ENJOY!
NOTE: You don’t NEED to add the extra fat with the butter unless you choose to! That’s the glort of macro tracking is that each meal does not have to be perfectly balanced, just fill all your carbs, fat and protein by the end of the day with whatever you want!
Without the butter, this meal would only have 2.5g fat (that comes from the pancake mix!!) That’s all!
Since I only have 43g fat per day right now, FAT seems to be the precious commodity. It adds up QUICKLY just showing up incidentally in foods! I use it very sparingly and add it when I really want the flavor in something with cheese or cooking with oils.
