This is the curriculum I take my 1-on-1 personal coaching clients through. The information is basic, but when followed correctly and consistently shows great progress. This is a general information plan that challenges you to start building healthy habits slowly, so you are able to maintain a new healthy lifestyle. So often, we are eager to make too many changes at once and become overwhelmed, falling off the dieting bandwagon again. This course will allow you to move at your own pace, calculate your own calorie and macro intake and give you some great macro tracking and healthy living tips for sustainability along the way. The only thing this download lacks is built in accountability. I would suggest asking a friend to join you on this challenge OR consider my personal coaching program if you need more hand holding and accountability throughout the process!
This 1-on-1 personal coaching will include a 45-minute consultation phone call or FaceTime to get to know you, your personal goals, where you’ve been on your fitness and nutrition journey and where you would like to go. We will discuss your current lifestyle and how to apply a custom and sustainable plan that will help you overcome food guilt, food confusion, yo-yo dieting and finally start seeing the change you want! My goal is to get you living in the body you were created to have while ENJOYING all the foods you love... no food is off limits! I will be educating you on how to build and maintain healthy habits and balance everyday life circumstances with food choices, planning and setting goals. We will have a phone call or FaceTime once per month at the time of your new billing cycle, and communicate via instant messenger within my coaching app throughout the week when questions arise and for additional support!
Once your 3 month personal coaching term is up, you have the option to resign for another 3 months of personal coaching at the same rate($150/month), OR drop down to a $75/month fee for me to monitor and maintain coaching you as you continue to reach your goals (for as long as you choose to stay connected). I will touch base with you via the coaching app once per week to make adjustments to your plan and offer additional suggestions to keep you on track. This will not include phone calls or daily check-ins. It’s designed to help guide and makes adjustments to your current macros to keep you moving toward progress!
Note: I am happy to make suggestions for exercise and finding what will work best according to your goals, but no custom workout plans will be offered within this coaching at this time.
